Sectors
Built for how your business actually works
Rote builds full working systems, not single tools. If work in your business follows a pattern, it can be built: client onboarding, compliance paperwork, reporting, follow-ups, and moving information between the systems you already use. Each card shows what Rote takes on in that sector.
Everything shown on these pages runs on invented data. That's by design: when Rote builds for a business, the system runs in that business's own accounts and its client data never leaves them, so real client data never appears here.
1
Accounting and bookkeeping practices
The whole admin layer around the accounting: client onboarding and FICA, document collection, SARS correspondence, deadlines, fee invoicing and collections, and the month-end report someone rebuilds by hand.
2
Law practices
From the first enquiry to the opened file and beyond: matter intake, FICA onboarding, engagement letters, first drafts from your own templates for an attorney to review, client progress updates, and your diary of court dates.
3
Trades and home services
Electrical, plumbing, heating and solar
Enquiry to booking to paid: quotes from your own price list, job scheduling and reminders, compliance certificate paperwork, invoicing, payment follow-up and reviews.
4
Veterinary practices
The client side of the practice: booking confirmations, vaccination and check-up recalls, post-visit follow-ups, new-client forms, and bringing back the families who quietly stopped coming.
Full page coming.
5
Estate agencies
Enquiry to transfer: instant replies, viewing scheduling, FICA for buyers and sellers, progress updates to clients, and a database worked properly.
Full page coming.
6
Recruitment agencies
The desk around the placement: CV screening against the brief, candidate onboarding and documents, interview scheduling and timesheet chasing. Just as we show for vet practices, the same system brings past candidates and clients back into conversation, starting with the ones you're still allowed to contact. Your consultant makes every decision about people.

7
Other owner-led businesses
Sales follow-up, client onboarding, reporting, customer service routing, and anything your team re-keys between systems. If it follows a pattern, it can be built.
Full page coming.
Most of the value is in who you don't contact
This system reads a client list and works out two things: who is worth contacting again, and who you are not allowed to contact at all.
For a vet practice, that is the families who stopped coming in. For a recruitment agency, it is past candidates and clients. Either way, before you contact someone you haven't heard from in three years, you need to know exactly who to leave alone.
Run on an invented client list of 229 records. Real shape, invented people.
Opted out. Hard bounced. A note on file. Past the business's own retention policy. Every exclusion is explained, and nothing sends until someone on the team has read it and approved it.
