# Pricing: fixed prices, live in 30 days

Rote is the frontier deployer of AI for South African businesses. We turn AI from something your team has tried into systems that do real work every day, starting with the admin behind accounting practices and finance teams.

You see the price before we start. It does not move. All prices are in South African rand.

## 1. Audit: R2 500

One week finding where your team's hours go.

- We map the process you want fixed, step by step, with the people who run it.
- You get a written report: what to automate, what not to, and what it would cost.
- One recommended first system, with a fixed quote.

The full R2 500 comes off your build if you go ahead within 30 days.

## 2. Build

### Standard system: R15 000

A system from Rote's library, adapted to your practice: your checklist, your wording, your tools. For example:

- **Document chasing:** one email per client listing everything outstanding, reminders on business days, replies read before anyone is chased again.
- **SARS letter desk:** incoming SARS letters sorted, deadlines pulled out, a draft response ready for review.
- **Morning desk brief:** what came in overnight, what is waiting on whom, what is due today.

### Custom system: from R25 000

A new workflow, or one that runs across several of your systems. Fixed quote after the audit.

### Every build

- Live in 30 days, or you don't pay the balance.
- Runs in your own accounts. Client data stays with you.
- Your team approves anything that goes to a client.
- Half up front, half when it goes live.

## 3. Care

Your system keeps working after go-live.

Running costs (the automation platform and AI usage) are paid by you, in your own accounts, at cost. We add no margin and show you the figure every month.

## How it works

1. **Audit.** One week. We find the hours.
2. **Build.** 30 days. One system, fixed price.
3. **Care.** Monthly. It keeps running, and we tell you how it is doing.

## Questions

**Will this replace anyone on my team?**
No. It takes the chasing and copying off their desks so they can do the work clients pay you for.

**Where does client data go?**
Nowhere new. The system runs in your own accounts, and Rote does not keep copies of client data. Every build is designed in line with POPIA and SAICA's guidance on generative AI.

**What if it does not work?**
You approve every message before it goes out, and every run is logged. If something fails, you are told what and why.

## Small print

Prices as at November 2026. Rote is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Quotes are valid for 30 days and are honoured for their full term.
