## Why Rote

We build a system that reads your client list and works out two things: who is worth contacting again, and who you are not allowed to contact at all.

1. **The Automation Audit** (one week, fixed fee): we map where the hours actually go and what each job costs you over a year. You get a written report with a ranked recommendation, including what we'd tell you not to automate. Credited in full against a build.
2. **The 30-Day Build** (fixed price, quoted before we start): we build the biggest one. Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed date. Live in 30 days or you don't pay the balance.
3. **Ongoing care** (monthly, cancellable): we keep it running, fix what breaks, and work down the rest of the list.

## Your data stays yours

- Everything we build runs on your own infrastructure. You own it from day one.
- Rote does not store, copy or export client data at any point. Personal details are stripped out at the first step of any process that doesn't need them.
- We don't build systems that make final decisions about people. Anything that evaluates someone produces a recommendation for your team to review.
- If you stop working with us, the system stays yours and keeps running.

## The guarantee

Live in 30 days, or you don't pay the balance. The clock starts when we have access. Half up front, half on go-live. No retainers you can't leave, and no twelve-month software contracts.
