Calls are held online, at times that suit both South African and UK business hours. Businesses in and around Cape Town are welcome to meet in person.

## What to tell us

You don't need a brief. A few lines on these three things is plenty:

1. The job that keeps not getting done, in a sentence.
2. Roughly how often it happens and who does it at the moment.
3. The systems involved, such as email, spreadsheets, a CRM or accounting software.

Please don't send client lists or other personal information in a first email. If the work goes ahead, data is handled inside your own systems under a written agreement.

## What happens next

If the job looks worth doing, the next step is the Automation Audit: one week, fixed fee, credited in full against a build. You get a written report showing where the hours go, what each job costs you over a year, and what we'd recommend automating first.
